EndoShape is using a novel shape memory polymer (SMP) developed at the University of Colorado to create products to improve vascular embolization procedures. The SMP technology allows for immediate embolization, with a single device, and a simple deployment. This will shorten the time of these procedures, reduce the cost, and increase reliability and precision in the medical outcomes.
